CG TET 2016 – Notification, Syllabus, Admit Card, Exam Date
Chhattisgarh TET or CGTET as it is popularly known, is a Chhattisgarh teacher eligibility test conducted by the state government for aspirants wishing to become teachers in lower primary (Class I to V) and upper primary (Class VI to VIII) in government and private managed schools in the state.
This test is conducted as per the rules and regulations laid down by NCTE for teaching eligibility in India. .Conducted by Department of School Education Chhatisgarh CGTET 2016 is important for B.Ed qualified teachers who wish to be considered for teacher jobs in government and private managed schools. . Candidates who secure 60 percent or more will be considered as CGTET pass. The Government may provide relaxation to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and differently abled categories in accordance with the extant reservation policy for Chhattisgarh TET 2016.. However it must be noted that CGTET pass is only a qualification and does not confer a right on any person for recruitment or employment.
